Jogging

I started jogging. It is not really my favourite sport, but it is very easy for me: it requires not too much time, and I can do it whenever it fits my agenda.
Starting has been difficult. I felt my legs were very heavy. Even before I could feel short of breath, my muscles were aching....After the 3rd time things were already better. I could run 20 minutes without problems, covering a bit less then 3 km. This is of course a grandma performance, but it's a start....

In order to do it properly, I got a training scheme in this site. They have a lot of training schemes, for every type of goal.Today I started with the first exercise: 4 times 4 minutes running with 2 minutes walking interval. It went great!!!
