Jogging

Yesterday was the turn for my jogging session. 5 times 3 minutes of fast running, with 2 minutes walking interval. In total I have covered 3740, according to Google Earth. It has been heavy, those 3 minutes seem to last forever, and it takes quite some time before I was able to recover breath for the next session. Today my legs are aching a bit, but things are still ok.

I wonder whether I will be able to run during my holidays. The scheme will get heavier and heavier, and I am not allowed to skip anything....

Tomorrow I will un my 12 minutes of D1.
