I had to stop my running training. In Sicily, during our holidays, I have suffered from back pain. I have tried to run on a hill, which was too challenging to me, since I am not used to the steep slopes. On top of that, my knee started aching lately, so I decided to be more careful with my trainings.
I have decided to try another training, at ASICS website they provide a good tool for free, and the training looks good. There are also some exercises for warming up, stretching and strenght.
